Right now:
America
~Herocross and Pinser will be available through the internet from August 13th to September 17th.
If you go to Gamestop between August 18th to August 31st, you can download the Mega Stones for these guys!
Herocross goes to Pokemon X and Pinser to Pokemon Y.
Europe
~There is a Magmar and Electibuzz event going on by going to certain stores at certain times.

~A Charizard event is going on in the UK right now. If you got to a GAME store between July 11th and August 10th, you can download a Charizard with the opposite Mega Stone on it that you could get in your game (Y gets X and X gets Y).
